Our Customers: first and foremost, we focus on making our customers happy. Our whole team contributes to providing the best possible customer experience, whether you’re ordering a hamper online or working with us on business gifting. If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it – no quibbles.  

Our Mission: to showcase Bath’s outstanding food and drink scene. We connect small independent producers with online customers and businesses who are looking for the best local produce. We deliver gorgeous gifts with the wow factor! And if it ever goes a little wrong – we fix it with our no quibbles guarantee.

Our unique selling point: all of our food and drink is supplied by artisan businesses within 25 miles of Bath. Every single one of our products is carefully hand-selected (and rigorously taste-tested, of course). We take only the best, and unlike some bigger companies, there is absolutely no ‘filler’ in our range!

It can be enormously difficult for small businesses to survive, let alone thrive, which is a big part of why we set up Taste of Bath – we can provide regular, reliable income for a whole ecosystem of local companies. We think independent businesses are a key part of what makes Bath so special, and we want to help preserve that special quality.
