Lots of questions arise when you order something online, and many of them have to do with delivery. We want you to know that when you order from Taste of Bath, you can have total confidence in our delivery of your order. That’s why we have a special section just for Delivery FAQs.

No – we’ll email you confirmation of your purchase with payment information, but we won’t include any payment information in the package. We know you’ll often be sending our hampers as gifts and won’t want the recipient to see this info!

There’s nothing worse than someone seeing the price or description of something you’ve bought them! As mentioned above, we never include any order or price information within a gift, and the gifts themselves are not labelled with their names as they appear on the website. So if you want to buy your client a ‘Small Gift Hamper’ or send Uncle Barry ‘The Perfect Ladies Gift’, they’ll never know… it’s all about sending the right thing 😊

VAT on food and drink is a really complex area. We are a VAT-registered business, which means we do need to charge VAT on our products and services. As a rule, VAT is payable on all delivery, hampers, alcoholic products, and sweet treats/confectionery. Some items are exempt from VAT, so when you create your own gift, VAT is not charged on things like cheese, pickle or coffee. If you open an account with us, you are able to download your receipts/invoices and the VAT is shown on thos

As a business we are registered with the local authority and have a licence to sell alcohol to people aged 18 and above. Part of our licence requires us to check the age of our purchasers – therefore every package delivered must be signed for by a person over the age of 18

We deliver within 24 hours and require a signature upon delivery. On our box we state there are perishables inside. All temperature-controlled products are sent with frozen cool pads to keep the products within a food-safe range.
You can use a separate delivery address, when you place the order, sending the package to your work address or to a responsible adult you know will

Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the point of dispatch: just contact us with your order number and we will return your dosh

The website is highly secure. We are dedicated to providing the best shopping experience and use up-to-date industry-leading technology to keep your information safe. We use partners such as Shopify and PayPal for your payment data; we have full confidence in these platforms and your data is not shared with any third parties

Yes you can! We want to make it easy for you to discover fabulous artisan food and drink through Taste of Bath - like wandering round a gorgeous farmers' market without even leaving your sofa. Simply select Shop Local Food from our Shop menu. You'll be taken through the same process as someone creating their own hamper, but you can just select the free cardboard box option and then choose which individual products you'd like to order.

Absolutely – you can add a personal message for no extra charge.

We include a Meet the Producers information card within each gift, detailing which products are included, and we print your personal message on this card. For all our Bath Box and crate gifts, we also have lovely, branded luggage tags, which go on the outside of the gift next to the beautifully hand-tied ribbon, and your message will also be written on these tags.

We know gifting can be tricky sometimes, especially when you’re buying for somebody who has allergies, or somebody who has made lifestyle choices that rule out certain items.

The easiest way to have total peace of mind is to create your own gift. Our Create Your Own Gift Shop allows you to filter products by categories such as alcohol-free, caffeine-free, vegan, and vegetarian. We hope this enables you to create a gift you can give with confidence.

Within our range of set hampers, we do have options which for example are alcohol-free – however, catering for every dietary requirement within set hampers can be tricky as everyone has different needs or tolerances. We therefore suggest you consult our full allergen document before purchasing a set hamper.

If you like the look of a set hamper/food package you can always ask, however prices may vary and at busy times such as Christmas, we may not be able to accommodate changes. The best way is to ask the question! Just get in touch through our contact us page.

Often the best option is to Create Your Own Hamper through our Create Your Own gift shop! You can choose exactly which products are included to make your hamper just right.
