Somerset Sparkling Wine
A dry, softlyfruity fizz with a baked apple bouquet, traditionally bottle-fermented. The perfect toast for any special occasion!Brought to you by Wraxall Vineyard, which issituated on a beautifully warm, south-facing slope in the south Mendip Hills, the perfect location forcreating wines that capture the essence of the English countryside.

Bath Soft Cheese (250g)
A little like a mild Brie, Bath Soft Cheese has a soft white rind and a gorgeously gooey, creamy centre, perfect for spreading on crackers (or even melting on pasta). The Padfield family have been keeping cows at Park Farm for four generations, and launched The Bath Soft Cheese Company in the 1990s, reviving a family tradition of cheesemaking.

Wyfe of Bath Cheese (250g)
A Gouda-style firm cheese with a rich, buttery flavour, Wyfe of Bath won an incredible three stars at the 2020 Great Taste Awards. The Padfield family have been keeping cows at Park Farm for four generations, and launched The Bath Soft Cheese Company in the 1990s, reviving a family tradition of cheesemaking.

Westcombe Dairy Cheddar (250g)
A firm, smooth cheese witha deeptangyflavour,and long notes of citrus, hazelnut and caramel. A simply outstanding example of one of the Westcountry's most famous foodie creations, the mighty cheddar! Cheese has been made at Westcombe Dairy Farm since 1890, and Tom Calver is passionate about preserving that cheesemaking tradition.

Bath Squares Crackers (140g)
All-butter crackers in the style of the famous Bath Oliver biscuits, Bath Squares aredelicious but also nicely neutral so that they can be paired with many different cheeses. Bath Squares are created by The Fine Cheese Company in homage to Bath's original famous crackers, Bath Olivers, invented here in 1750.

Hot Date Chutney (200g)
A smooth date chutney with a hint of curry spice, brought to you by the In A Pickle Food Co. A must for the cheeseboard, the full-bodied fruity flavours of this chutney go particularly well with blue cheese. In A Pickle still uses the same tried and tested family recipes that led founder Steph to set up the business, and only the very best ingredients.

A multi-award-winning take on the classic piccalilli, with lots of crunchy vegetables and a mild mustard flavour, brought to you by the In A Pickle Food Co.Thispickle makes the perfect partner for cold meats and is essential in a ploughman's lunch! Founder Steph uses her tried and tested family recipes and only the very best ingredients.

Blue Cheese & Red Wine Nibblets (75g)
An incredible combination of salami, red wine and blue cheese, all packed into perfectly bite-sized pieces. Warning, they're irresistibly moreish! Somerset Charcuterie is created by best friends Andy, a trained butcher, and James, a veteran of the food industry, who run the business from the farm where Andy grew up.

Roasted Salted Pistachios (100g)
Beautiful pale green pistachios, still in their vivid pink husk and pale golden shells, dry-roasted to atraditional Greek recipe with a sprinkling of sea salt and a hint of lemon. Pistachio Provenance, which is based just outside Bath in Bradford-on-Avon, sources its raw materials from a small cooperative of traditional producers in Fthiotida, Greece.

A beautiful gift box starring three of our favourite brownies from the Best Ever Brownie Co - rich, fudgy Classic Chocolate, indulgent Salted Caramel (with a gorgeously gooey layer of caramel on top) and Raspberry & White Chocolate, with a white chocolate drizzle. The Best Ever Brownie Company is brought to you by Craig (a classically-trained chef), Solance and team from their locally based production kitchen.

White Chocolate Marc De Champagne Truffles
The ultimate elegant indulgence! An infusion of strawberry balances out the richness in these creamy white chocolate truffles, made with a splash of Marc de Champagne and decorated with freeze-dried strawberry pieces. Choc on Choc was founded by father and daughter team Kerr and Flo in 2003, and all their chocolates are made by hand using only the finest ingredients.

A box of five beautifully handmade macarons from The Choux Box, with a crisp shell and smooth filling, in 5 gorgeous flavours: Pistachio & Chocolate, Chocolate & Salted Caramel, Chocolate Orange, Raspberry & White Chocolate, Blackcurrant, White Chocolate & Lemon Curd. Somerset-born Orlando Partner has spent years working as a pastry chef in Michelin-starred kitchens, and aims to bring a little fun to high-end patisserie.

Founded on favourite family recipes by Bristolians Rick and Victoria, Lovely Drinks has now grown far beyond the kitchen table, but still works with only the best ingredients and natural flavours.

Piston Broke is a robust 4.5% Golden Ale, refreshingly hoppy with bittersweet fruity aromas. Box Steam Brewery is a family-owned business which takes inspiration from Isambard Kingdom Brunel (who built the infamous local Box Tunnel) and the Victorian age of rail and steam to name its fabulously varied range of beers.
