Wyfe of Bath Cheese (250g)
A Gouda-style firm cheese with a rich, buttery flavour, Wyfe of Bath won an incredible three stars at the 2020 Great Taste Awards. The Padfield family have been keeping cows at Park Farm for four generations, and launched The Bath Soft Cheese Company in the 1990s, reviving a family tradition of cheesemaking.

Bath Squares Crackers (140g)
All-butter crackers in the style of the famous Bath Oliver biscuits, Bath Squares are delicious but also nicely neutral so that they can be paired with many different cheeses. Bath Squares are created by The Fine Cheese Company in homage to Bath's original famous crackers, Bath Olivers, invented here in 1750.

Hot Date Chutney (200g)
A smooth date chutney with a hint of curry spice, brought to you by the In A Pickle Food Co. A must for the cheeseboard, the full-bodied fruity flavours of this chutney go particularly well with blue cheese. In A Pickle still uses the same tried and tested family recipes that led founder Steph to set up the business, and only the very best ingredients.

Cheddar Cheese Straws (170g)
Buttery, flaky and rich, these cheese straws really do melt in the mouth - we don't think you'll be able to stop at just one. The star ingredient is the only Cheddar made in Cheddar, aged in the same caves that have been used for cheesemaking for hundreds of years! Created by Cheddar residents Katherine & John Spencer.

Breakfast Tea (15 servings)
Smooth, rich and well-rounded, sourced from single estates in Malawi and Rwanda, this is the perfect breakfast blend to start the day. April Collins founded Leafy Tea in 2016 at the age of just 16, whilst also tackling her GCSEs, and has grown it into a hugely successful brand!

Salted Caramel Chocolate Brownie (65g)
How can you possibly improve on a chocolate brownie? Answer: add a ripple of homemade salted caramel and top with dark chocolate. The Best Ever Brownie Company is aptly named - we firmly believe this will be the best brownie you've ever tasted. Brought to you by husband and wife team Craig (a classically-trained chef) and Solance.

Gluten Free Trillionaire's Shortbread
Handmade all-butter gluten free shortbread, topped with an indulgent layer of homemade salted caramel and three types of Belgian chocolate. Pullin's Bakery was founded in 1925, and is now run by the fourth generation of the Pullin's family!

White Chocolate Marc De Champagne Truffles
The ultimate elegant indulgence! An infusion of strawberry balances out the richness in these creamy white chocolate truffles, made with a splash of Marc de Champagne and decorated with freeze-dried strawberry pieces. Choc on Choc was founded by father and daughter team Kerr and Flo in 2003, and all their chocolates are made by hand using only the finest ingredients.

Raspberry Dark Chocolate Mini Slab (40g)
Rich dark chocolate sprinkled with tangy raspberry pieces, made with rice milk so that it's totally dairy-free, but still gorgeously rich and creamy. Cocoa Libre was founded by a mum whose kids had dairy allergies but didn't want to miss out on chocolate - we don't think you'll be able to tell the difference!

London Dry Gin & Tonic (250ml)
Smooth 6 O'Clock London Dry Gin with piney juniper, elderflower and subtle spice, mixed with premium tonic water for the perfect G&T, ready to be enjoyed anywhere! First founded by Edward & Penny, who made liqueurs as a sideline on their fruit farm, 6 O'Clock Gin is now a hugely successful distillery run by their children Michael & Felicity.
