This is a bespoke collection of artisan products that were all handmade
within 25 miles of the city of Bath.

Bath Soft Cheese (250g)
A little like a mild Brie, Bath Soft Cheese has a soft white rind and a gorgeously gooey, creamy centre, perfect for spreading on crackers (or even melting on pasta). The Padfield family have been keeping cows at Park Farm for four generations, and launched The Bath Soft Cheese Company in the 1990s, reviving a family tradition of cheesemaking.

Bath Squares Crackers (140g)
All-butter crackers in the style of the famous Bath Oliver biscuits, Bath Squares are delicious but also nicely neutral so that they can be paired with many different cheeses. Bath Squares are created by The Fine Cheese Company in homage to Bath's original famous crackers, Bath Olivers, invented here in 1750.

Hot Date Chutney (200g)
A smooth date chutney with a hint of curry spice, brought to you by the In A Pickle Food Co. A must for the cheeseboard, the full-bodied fruity flavours of this chutney go particularly well with blue cheese. In A Pickle still uses the same tried and tested family recipes that led founder Steph to set up the business, and only the very best ingredients.

Gruyere & Emmental Nibbles (45g)
Irresistibly moreish, these mini crackers made with plenty of rich Gruyere and Emmental cheese are the perfect snack to accompany a glass of wine or a G&T at the end of the day. The Fine Cheese Company have dedicated themselves to sharing the finest traditional artisan cheeses for the past thirty years, and along the way they've naturally become experts in crackers and accompaniments too!

Limited Edition Bath Coffee - Ground (250g)
This smooth, full-bodied roast was created just for Taste of Bath, by Round Hill Roastery. Round Hill Roastery source their beans from a small producer cooperative in Quindio, Colombia, and roast them with great care to draw out the unique flavour of the terroir.

Gluten Free Trillionaire's Shortbread
Handmade all-butter gluten free shortbread, topped with an indulgent layer of homemade salted caramel and three types of Belgian chocolate. Pullin's Bakery was founded in 1925, and is now run by the fourth generation of the Pullin's family!

Traditional Vanilla Fudge Box (100g)
A rich, crumbly, melt-in-the-mouth fudge, simply flavoured with vanilla. Warning - this stuff is seriously moreish, it's impossible to stop at just one piece! Meg's Cottage Fudge (named after the 18th century weaver's cottage where the business was launched) follows a traditional Cornish recipe, using only natural flavourings and top quality ingredients.

Milk Chocolate Nuggets (100g)
Crispy wholewheat cereal pieces in a creamy milk chocolate shell. These little nibbles are irresistibly moreish and great with a cup of tea! Coco Chemistry founders Richard and Julie are two former chemists who gave up their corporate jobs to embark on a career crafting the finest chocolates, translating their chemistry skills to the kitchen.

Bath Gem Amber Ale (500ml)
A full-bodied 4.8% ABV amber ale with a soft, smooth bitterness, subtle fruit notes and bittersweet caramel. The original Bath Ale and a bestseller ever since! Bath Ales has been brewing fantastic beer and building up legendary local pubs for nearly 30 years.

Honey Midford Cider (330ml)
A gently sparkling medium-dry cider, crisp and fruity and quintessentially Somerset! The Honeys, who founded Honey Midford Cider, have lived at Midford Farm for three generations, and were responsible for reintroducing its traditional grazed orchards, growing classic Westcountry cider apple varieties which are pressed on the farm.
