Bath Soft Cheese

Flavour: A runny & gooey almost Brie like consistency with a creamy, mushroom and lemony taste.

Blue Cheese & Red Wine Pokers

Flavour: A perfect combination of red wine, blue cheese and salami. Made using only fresh ingredients (no nasty blue cheese powders) and hung to dry to the point that they deliver a strong bite.

How to Use: Spread liberally on hot toast.

Chai Syrup: Henny & Joes

Flavour: Subtle spicing and beautifully balanced: this a cuddle and a pair of cosy socks.
Ingredients: water, sugar, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, mixed spice, fennel seed, cardamom, cloves, all spice, nutmeg & vanilla.
Allergens: none: Caffeine free, no artificial preservatives, no colouring or additives.
How to Use: Add 1-2 tbsp. of Chai to a mug of milk/water then heat to preferred temperature.

Colonna Coffee Capsules: Foundation

Flavour: A bitter sweet dark chocolate with beans predominantly from Equador, Peru and Asia. With a taste profile of roasted coffee beans, cinnamon and red fruits. We infuse cocoa butter with a specially selected dark roasted espresso from Round Hill Roastery and blend this infusion into the chocolate.

Flavour: A blend of Pinot Noir and Seyval Blanc: A delicious dry sparkling wine with soft bubbles, gentle fruit flavours, baked apples on the nose with a long finish. It is bottle fermented and made in the traditional method.

Foraged Elderberry & Blackberry Jam

Flavour: Fruity, rich berry flavours and smooth texture.

Flavour: A milk chocolate made from Rainforest Alliance certified Trinitario beans with a roasted cocoa aroma and a rich, creamy body with notes of olive and clove. We add Californian pistachios and organic cinnamon from Sri Lanka.
